OMG, I want to test this. Just have to grow some balls, get a boat and convince a driver to take responsibility.. Anyway, in this video Jesse Richman was in Hood River, Oregon, and had a boat towing him up 790 feet. He then let go of the rope and flew down to the water, touched down, and rode away like it was a normal everyday jump.

Is this kitesurfing

Yes yes, I knew you would start to whine again, “-duudes, this is not kitesurfing, it is just dangerous, what if he get hurt? It is hurting our sport, ueeeyyggh, and so on“.

-Suck it, this was awesome, gives the sport a lot more visibility, and proves that the thing everyone wanted to try but did not dare actually is possible. Great job Jesse!
